Host your events here! The Clubhouse is perfect for everything from family reunions, birthday parties and holidays. The kitchen has a newer fridge and microwave. There are 6 tables and 40 chairs available for your convenience. There is also a flat screen tv with cable and Wi-Fi.
To reserve the clubhouse, check the booking calendar below for an open date, then complete the Clubhouse Rental Request form at the bottom of this page. All rentals — both residents and non-residents — are reserved through this request, and the Clubhouse Coordinator will confirm your date.
The clubhouse rental fee is $150 for Steeplechase residents and $200 for non-residents.

Residents may book one year in advance.
Non-Residents can only book 45 days in advance. Any bookings before that timeframe will be denied. Non-residents must also send in a $200 Money Order within 5 days of booking. There is more information listed below in the non-resident section including where to send the check.
Please note the pool and workout room are strictly off limits and not included in the rental! Maximum capacity is 85. Your rental starts at 11 am.
Steeplechase Owner Information
Steeplechase owners rent the clubhouse for $150 and may book up to one year in advance.
To book, check the booking calendar above for an open date and complete the Clubhouse Rental Request form at the bottom of this page. The Clubhouse Coordinator will then reach out to finalize your reservation.
Paying your rental fee: Owners can now pay the $150 rental fee through the resident portal. After you submit your request, the Clubhouse Coordinator has our office place the charge on your portal account. Once you pay it in the portal, your booking is confirmed, with no check needed for the rental fee.
Security deposit: A refundable security deposit is still required and must be paid by check. It is collected when you sign the rental agreement a few days before your event, and it is only cashed if there is damage.
Non-Resident Information
The clubhouse is $200 for non-residents with a $500 security deposit. We never cash the security deposit unless there is damage after your event.
Please send in a money order (no cash) for $200 within 5 days to hold your booking. If not received on time we will not hold your reservation. You must cancel within 30 days to get your check back. The security deposit will collected when you sign the contract a few days prior to your event. The address is 11301 Grand National Blvd in Walton, KY 41094 or you can drop it off in the mailbox also.
Check to see if your day is available on the booking calendar. You can only reserve the clubhouse if your event is within 45 days.
Your reservation starts at 11am and everything must be clean and ready for the next event by 11am the following day. Most people just clean up after their event to prevent coming back out.
