Host your events here! The Clubhouse is perfect for everything from family reunions, birthday parties and holidays. The kitchen has a newer fridge and microwave. There at 6 tables and 40 chairs available for your convenience. There is also a flat screen tv with cable and wifi.

Residents may book one year in advance. Non-Residents can only book 45 days in advance. Any bookings before that timeframe will be denied. Non-residents must also send in the $150 rental fee within 5 days of booking. There is more information listed below in the non-resident section including where to send the check. Please note the pool and workout room are strictly off limits and not included in the rental! Maximum capacity is 85. Your rental starts at 11 am.

Non-Resident Information
The clubhouse is $150 for non-residents with a $500 security deposit. We never cash the security deposit unless there is damage after your event.

Please send in a check (no cash) for $150 within 5 days to hold your booking. If not received on time we will not hold your reservation. You must cancel within 30 days to get your check back. The security deposit will collected when you sign the contract a few days prior to your event. The address is 11301 Grand National Blvd in Walton, KY 41094 or you can drop it off in the mailbox also.

Check to see if your day is available on the booking calendar. You can only reserve the clubhouse if your event is within 45 days.

Your reservation starts at 11am and everything must be clean and ready for the next event by 11am the following day. Most people just clean up after their event to prevent coming back out.

The pool and workout room are strictly off limits and not included in the rental!
